Seacoast United Sports Club has witnessed tremendous growth in the past twelve months with the expansion of new facilities, locations and programs. A brand new campaign started in May 2016 to start promoting the Club’s reach as it has fast become the destination for soccer, baseball, softball and field hockey in New England. In addition to this, the Club decided to work on a magazine that would encompass all aspects to truly highlight the success on and off the field.
Thanks to Hawthorn Creative, the agency responsible for Ocean Properties nationwide magazine, Seacoast United is proud to announce The Latest Score. This twenty-two page magazine will highlight everything from new facilities to the work that the Foundation does in and around the community. Once of the exciting features is the Seacoast United Blue Pages, a business directory for all of the Club’s partners. This was first introduced back in October 2015 as part of a new initiative, the Seacoast United Business Network.
To celebrate the magazine launch, Seacoast United is hosting a launch party at The Crossbar Pub on Thursday, June 30th from 1:00–3:00pm. All of the business partners featured in the business network will be invited. At the event, they will receive copies of the magazine while enjoying food and drink. The event will be sponsored by Kennebunk Savings Bank.
“We are very excited about The Latest Score," said James Peterson, Seacoast United Director of Sales and Marketing. "It has taken a lot of effort from some key people to put this together but we wanted to do this right. As the Club’s 25th anniversary approaches, we want to start making a case that we are New England’s Home for Sports and I think this is a step in the right direction.”
The magazine will also be presented in an electronic format which will be sent out to the entire database. All of the Club’s families and friends will receive a copy. This is expected to take place the first week of July. For any inquiries please contact James Peterson at email@example.com@seacoastunited.com
