HAMPTON, NH - US Club Lacrosse released its annual top 100 club teams list earlier this month after the conclusion of the 2020 fall season. Even though lacrosse, along with all other sports across the country, was severely impacted by the pandemic, the Seacoast United Houlagan Lacrosse program achieved success across its various age groups. Nowhere was that more apparent than with the 2027AA boys’ squad who finished the season ranked #52 in the country.
US Club Lacrosse, the governing body for youth lacrosse in the United States, creates the rankings based off of the strength of schedule/competition and overall results. The 2027AA boys, led by coach John Resch, had a fantastic season which was capped off with a 9-game winning streak.
“This team is an example of the standard that we strive for at Seacoast United Houlagan Lacrosse,” commented directors Sean Houlahan and Chris Ketcham. “The team has grown together over the past 3 seasons and continues to develop year after year. This group has proven that by working together, and staying together, the results will come. And they have fun doing it!”
Houlagan 2027AA ended the 2020 season 24-3 competing in 9 different tournaments throughout the summer and fall of 2020. For more information on the Houlagan Lacrosse program, please email Chris Ketcham at firstname.lastname@example.org.
