The SUBC Arm Strength and Functional Movement Program is designed to help players develop and maintain a level of strength, conditioning, and mobility to lower the risk of arm injury and increase performance. During this 12-week program, each 60 minute session will provide movement preparation, mobility and breathing exercises, and a functional strength/conditioning component that promotes total player development. Each class will include a weekly objective, as well as skill-specific games that create a challenging and competitive atmosphere.
Winter Session II classes begin the week of January 23rd, 2018.
