Seacoast United Baseball is making an emphasis as an organization on giving its pitchers more opportunities to get bigger and stronger, and help increase velocity and arm strength.  The club will be offering two different options for this offseason program.

The first 8 weeks will be predominantly focused on arm strength.  Throwing sessions (without bullpens) will involve long toss mechanic work with technologies that the club has invested in to help develop its pitchers.

The 2nd 8 weeks will include bullpen/long toss and video analysis as well as continuing to strengthen the arm.  

Workouts will take place anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour.  Players are allowed to show up anytime within those time slots and can attend each of the 3 days.

8-WEEK PLAN:  $250
Tuesdays:  4:30-8:30pm
Thursdays:  4:30-8:30pm
Saturdays:  8am-12pm
8 week 1st Session:  10/29/19-12/21/19
Break:  12/22/19-1/6/20
8 week 2nd Session:  1/7/20-3/7/20
16-WEEK PLAN:  $500

Driveline (3 sets of the driveline which helps players increase their velocity)
Throwers 10 Program
Jaeger Bands
Lightweight Dumbells
VeloPro (works on lower half using resistance and creating lower half strength)
Core Workouts (abs, lunges, ladders, medicine balls, pushups, etc)
