FALL PROGRAM
Whether you are new to the sport or looking to improve your skills, Seacoast United Essex Field Hockey's Fall Youth Program is centered around the importance of the basics of field hockey through repetition of fundamental skills. Our classes focus on the important drill progression as well as individual ball control skills. This program is also focused on working in a team environment where you put your skills to the test every Sunday against a different team.
