NATE FITCH

Nate Fitch is in his second year involved with Houlagan Lacrosse, serving as the Head Coach for one of the 2026/27 Boy's teams.

Originally from Binghamton, NY, Nate graduated from Binghamton High School in 1989, where he was a All-Conference and two-time Captain. After Binghamton, Fitch went on to have an illustrious career at Union College in Schenectady, NY. Fitch, the programs all-time leading scorer (239 points), was recently inducted into the Union College Athletic Hall-of-Fame. While playing for the Dutchmen, Fitch was a two-time Captain, USILA All-American, while also receiving numerous ECAC awards. After graduating from Union in 1993, Fitch served as an Assistant Coach at Union for one season.

After coaching one season at Union College, Nate began coaching at Dartmouth College for three season; serving as the Offensive Coordinator his last season with the Big Green. After Dartmouth, Fitch came to the Seacoast, serving as the Offensive Coordinator during the University of New Hampshire's last Varsity (NCAA D1) season. Following that year, Fitch created the UNH Club Lacorsse program and led the team to its first National Championship Tournament appearance. Nate has been involved with lacrosse in New Hampshire for almost two decades since, serving as the Director of the New Hampshire Lacrosse School for three years. Nate has also coached with Oyster River Youth Lacrosse for the eight years. 

Nate, who is part Seneca Iroquois, also spent time playing and coaching lacrosse for Wembley Lacrosse in Perth, Australia.
