The Seacoast United Goalkeeper School (SUGS) is an environment where goalkeepers are able to learn, develop, excel and test themselves in all aspects of the game.  The Seacoast United Goalkeeper School staff works with goalkeepers of all skill abilities from U8 to U19. 

It is extremely important to the Seacoast United Goalkeeper School staff that goalkeepers of all ages receive level appropriate training as they will learn and improve at various rates throughout their development as goalkeeper careers.  When first entering the program, the staff will emphasize the importance of fundamentals of goalkeeping while covering the following basic skills: handling, diving, distribution, reactions, positioning, explosiveness, footwork and quickness.
