Matt Willey

     

Matt played college soccer at Southern NH University and was a member of the NE-10 Conference Champions and National Runners-Up in 2002.  He majored in Elementary Education and has a minor in Sociology.  Matt has been teaching 3rd grade at Henniker Community School for 6 years.  During the summer he runs a day camp through YMCA in Goffstown, NH where he also does personal training during the winter months.

Matt has been coaching youth soccer since finishing his college career.  He has coached a variety of ages from U8-High School.  The 2011-12 season was his first year with Seacoast United, where he coached Jr. Academy programs out of Hampstead and Kingston.  He also ran footskills and speed & agility classes for the Club.  During the 2011-12 season, he coached the U12 Girls Premier side.  During the summer of 2012, he coached the U13 Girls Super Y team who won the New England region, and competed in the North American Finals in Florida.

For the 2016/17 season, Matt currently coaches the 2001/U16 Girls Premier Blue/NPL team.
