Rob Thompson

WIth over 20 years experience at the NCAA Division 1 college level as head coach at the University of New Hampshire, Thompson understands what it takes to develop into a collegiate player.   He has extensive experience with youth players, both girls and boys, throughout his over 26 years of soccer instruction.

First undefeated conference regular season (6-0-1, 2009) by any America East team since 1997
Led UNH to conference semi-finals six times (2006, '07, '09, '10, '12, '13), and conference title games in 2010 & 2012
Led America East conference in best discipline record 14 out of 15 years
Finsihed in top three in national Division 1 NSCAA fair play rankings (2009, 2012, 2013)
UNH soccer was nationally ranked in 1993, 1994, 1997, and 2005
Named US Soccer Development Academy (USSDA) Regional Coach of the Year in 2008 
Led Seacoast United U18 Academy Team to only USSDA playoff berth in club history (2011)
Coached Seacoast United U17 boys team to USL Super Y League championship match (2007)
Coached Seacoast United U17 boys team to USYSA Region 1 final (2007) and #8 national ranking
Led Seacoast United youth teams to eight NH state USYSA titles in nine years (1998-2006)
Member of USYSA Region I Olympic Development Staff (1994-2007)

For the 2016/17 season, Rob is coaching the 2000/U17 Girls NPL and 2004/U13 Boys NPL Premier Blue teams.
