Bandits Finding Success On and Off The Field

July 2016

In just their second season the Seacoast United Bandits have been making a name for themselves in the American Softball Association’s New England tournament circuit.  The Bandits are over .500 competing in some of the regions most competitive tournaments against teams from New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York.  The 14U Bandits have become known for their level of speed and skill, modeling their style of play after some of the top collegiate teams in the nation.

The 16U Seacoast United Bandits have began their journey into the college recruitment process participating in the 18U Polar Crush New England College Showcase in Fort Devens, Ma and the 18U Rhode Island Thunder Stars and Stripes Showcase in Warwick, Ri.  The Bandits were followed by an array of college coaches from division 1 to division 3 who they had established communication with prior to the showcase.  Although the Bandits did not win every game at the showcases, many of our players are receiving letters of interest from coaches who were in attendance.
