Oakwood, Boston Bolts Next Up

The 2020/21 MLS Next campaign is off to a great start for the Seacoast United Boys’ Academy program. After another impressive display this past week weekend, they now head into Saturday’s fixtures brimming with confidence and looking to continue the current run of good form.

The U12-14 Academy teams will hit the road on Saturday and head down to Connecticut where they will take on Oakwood Soccer Club. The older age groups welcome Oakwood to Epping last weekend and the younger ones are looking forward to continuing that momentum all the while improving both individually and as a team.

The U15-19s will stay here in the Granite State and face off against Boston Bolts which promises to be an extremely competitive set of fixtures. Seacoast United travelled down to Boston prior to the start of the fall for pre-season and had some fantastic games against their divisional rivals so this weekend is promising to be another great set of matches between two good programs.

“The teams are looking forward to building on the success of last weekend.” Said Boys’ Director Peter Decker. “Across the board, our age groups are competing and going toe-to-toe with some very strong programs.” Decker went on to say, “Our players and staff have been really pushing themselves during the week in training and we are counting down the hours until that next whistle blows.”
