English FA Division II Oxford United return to Portsmouth, NH on Monday, July 23rd for their 2012/13 preseason tour!  Don’t miss the match vs. your own Seacoast United Phantoms at Portsmouth High School on Friday, July 27th at 7pm.  50% of the gate receipts from Friday's match will benefit the Chief Maloney & Injured Officers funds.
