The Emerging Talent Academy developmental program focuses on each player's technical ability to control the ball, builds their confidence with the ball at their feet, and develops basic small sided tactical decision making. This program offers a consistent professional approach to prepare players for future play at a competitive level.
Age Groups: U7/2011, U8/2010, U9/2009, U10/2008
Session I: Skill Development & Small Sided Play (Nov-Jan)
$395 per player
The goal of the program is to identify motivated young players from the NH/ME region and train them once each week in an enjoyable and challenging environment which emphasizes skill development through individual and small group activities as well as small sided play. Players will train 1x/week as well as play in two 1-day jamborees in Epping or Hampton.
Session II: Training & Match Play (Feb-April)
$395 per player (receive a $50 discount if registering for both sessions I & II!)
New this year! Training and Match Play is an extension of Session I and will be geared towards working with the players during authentic indoor games. Players will be given feedback during and after games which allows opportunities to develop a better tactical understanding of the game. Players will begin to gain a better understanding of different roles of positions on the field. This is a great opportunity to be coached by a SUSC coach during a live game! Players will have 6 training sessions and participate in a 12-week indoor league at their training location.
