Seacoast United at Granite Fields offers indoor facilites for year-round rentals.  Rent one or both of our indoor turf fields for any group activity, team practice, or friendly games.

"A" Field (Field Turf), 145’ x 85’:  $200/hr
"B" Field (Field Turf), 90’ x 70’:  $150/hr

A 10% deposit is required at the time of rental confirmation.  For long-term rentals, amount must be paid in full before the 3rd occurrence (payment plans available for long-term rentals, management's discretion).

HITTING ZONE:  TUNNELS
Seacoast United at Granite Fields has installed three new baseball/softball batting cages!  Space can be used for tee work or soft toss.  Each cage has use of a "L" screen.

Single cage rentals:
$35 per half hour
$55 per hour

Multiple cage rentals:
2 cages:  $60/30 min | $85/hour
3 cages:  $90/30 min | $115/hour

Tunnel Reservations:  Please call 603-658-1640.  If your call is not answered please leave a detailed message with the date and time preferred, your contact number, and your email address.  Our staff will try to respond to your message within 1 hour.

Tunnel Rental Rules

• One-Wheeled pitching machines are not provided.
• Bucket of balls must be returned at the end of the rental.
  - Bucket of balls must be signed in and signed out
  - All baseballs in bucket must be accounted for (36 balls)
• Only the amount of time reserved may be used.
  - Time does not extend for late arrivals.
• Reservations are suggested to be made by 12pm of the preferred day.
  - Walk-ins are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed
• Reservations may only be made up to one week in advance.
  - Reservations can be 30-minutes or 60-minutes
  - Reservations can be booked multiple times per week.
• A credit card must be provided at the time of reservation.
  - Payment will not be applied until the time of reservation.
  - A $25 penalty fee will be applied for no-shows.
• Hitting, pitching, throwing, and fielding can all be done in a tunnels space.
• "L" screen is provided in each tunnel.
